No previous experience required for this
hands-on pasta-making class. We'll also give
you an introduction to sauce making to
accompany the dishes. During this class
Marisa will show you how to make fresh
mouthwatering pasta by hand and also
using a pasta machine.
We will be using Gluten Free Flour but these
recipes can also be made with traditional
"OO" Flour.
You will learn to make 3 Gluten Free Pasta
dishes on the night and a traditional Napoli
Sauce.
1. Ricotta & Potato Gnocchi
2. Spinach & Ricotta Cannelloni
3. Spinach Tagliatelle with Walnut.
Orange & Fried Breadcrumb Pasta
4. Napoli Sauce
Once all dishes are made students will be able to sit down with Marisa & Vince (her son and assistant for the night!) for dinner and a complimentary glass of wine. You'll enjoy your tasty pasta creations and new friendships.
